The minimum order quantity for our custom-printed products is just 5 items. This low requirement allows you to create personalised products without needing to commit to a large volume, making it ideal for small businesses, startups, or personal projects.

I've placed my order, what happens now?

After you place your order, our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm that your designs meet our printing requirements. Once your designs are approved, we will proceed with creating detailed tech packs for your approval. These tech packs will then be sent to our printing department to begin the production process.

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days after it has been placed. All our shipments are tracked, and we use Royal Mail for delivery to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Click here to learn more.

Can I see a sample or proof before placing a order?

We create detailed tech packs (mock-ups) so you can see exactly what the final product will look like. If you prefer to see the product in real life, we can provide samples. Please get in touch to arrange this.

Do you offer design services?

Our HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) printing is highly durable and designed to withstand regular wear and washing. Unlike DTG (Direct to Garment) or screen printing, HTV prints will not fade or peel over time, ensuring your custom clothing maintains its quality and vibrant appearance for a long time.

Is there a limit to the number of colours in my design?

No, there is no limit to the number of colours in your design. You get one free small single print (4cm x 4cm) with each item, but you can add additional printing if your product has multiple designs.
