Delivery Information

UNITED KINGDOM

You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. If you have any special delivery instructions, please share them with us at checkout, when placing your order. Your package will be delivered safely by Royal Mail.

  • Express Tracked Delivery (5-10 working days) - £7.99
  • FREE Express Tracked Delivery (5-10 working days) - Orders over £275.00

Please note that larger orders may lead to longer delivery times. If this applies to your order, we will ensure to let you know, when we receive your order information.

Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policies

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

  • Refunds & returns: Due to the customised nature of our products, each item is permanently tailored to your specific requirements and printed shortly after your order is placed. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for customised products.

  • Cancellations: We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to adjust or cancel your order. To accommodate this, we offer a 24-hour window for cancellations from the time your order is placed. Beyond this period, cancellations may not be possible.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, our process is designed to address any concerns before finalising your order. We will only proceed with printing once you have confirmed that the mock-ups meet your expectations. Additionally, we conduct thorough quality checks on all final products to ensure they are free from damage and meet our standards.

DIGITAL STORE SETUP

  • Refunds & cancellation: Once payment is made, you have a 24-hour window to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel after this period, we have the right to refrain 25% of the total package cost. The 25% of the total package cost is retained to cover administrative expenses, material preparation, and any initial work or resources already allocated to your order.

BRANDED PACKAGING

  • Refunds & returns: Our team begins processing your custom packaging shortly after receiving your order. Once production has started, we are unable to accept refunds or returns, as the products are specifically tailored to your requirements.

  • Cancellations: We understand that plans can change, and you may need to adjust or cancel your order. Therefore, we offer a 24-hour window for cancellations from the time your order is placed. After this period, cancellations may no longer be possible.
