OUR PRINTING PROCESS
Discover the innovative printing technology we utilise and how it allows us to meticulously transform your creative ideas into stunning, tangible realities. Our process combines precision and artistry, ensuring that every detail reflects your vision, making your concepts come to life in vibrant colors and textures.
DIRECT TO FILM PRINTING
Direct To Film (DTF) printing is a cutting-edge method that transfers vibrant, high-quality designs onto almost any fabric, from cotton to polyester and blends. Using eco-friendly, water-based inks, it delivers exceptional detail and durability, ensuring your prints stay sharp and vibrant wash after wash. Perfect for intricate logos, artwork, and complex designs, DTF printing is versatile, long-lasting, and cost-effective.

HOW THE DTF PROCESS WORKS
Your designs are printed on a 1m x 55cm sheet for a fixed price of £20.00 per sheet, no matter the quantity or type of designs. This cost-effective approach allows you to print multiple designs—both identical and varied—in one go, making it ideal for creating collections in advance.
The more designs you fit on a sheet, the lower your per-print cost. For example, if your designs are 2.5" in size, you could fit up to 105 prints on a single sheet. The total number of designs depends on their size, giving you flexibility to maximise your sheet's value. Any unused designs prints will safely stored for you to use at a later date.
To order, simply select 'DTF Printing' on the product page. Once your order is received, we’ll send you a separate invoice to complete the payment process
Artwork Guidelines
We kindly ask that your artwork is provided with the following specifications to ensure the best print quality. However, we’re happy to optimise your files and provide feedback if needed.
Use CMYK Colour Mode
CMYK is the colour format used for physical print. Files in RGB mode will be converted which result in different colours than desired.
Transparent Background
Ensure your designs have a transparent background to remove any unwanted elements from being printed.
High Resolution Images
To print crystal clear details, we recommend art files having at least 300dpi (pixels per inch). For best results, set your document at 800dpi before creating your designs. Please export your designs in SVG or PDF format.
HEAT TRANSFER VINYL PRINTING
HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) printing is a highly regarded technique in the fashion industry, utilised by esteemed brands like Nike and Valentino. This method ensures that your designs remain vibrant and intact, even after repeated washing, unlike other printing techniques that may fade or peel over time. Additionally, HTV printing offers the versatility to create stunning effects and patterns, including glow-in-the-dark, glitter, chrome, camouflage, and many more.
Suitable Designs
Due to the specific requirements of our printing method, certain designs that feature intricate details or a wide range of colours may not be compatible with HTV printing. Here are a few examples of design types that are ideal for HTV printing.
Unsuitable Designs
Here are some examples of designs that may not be compatible with HTV printing, as certain elements or details are not achievable with this method. These type of designs are more suitable for DTF printing.
