What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for our custom-printed products is just 5 items. This low requirement allows you to create personalised products without needing to commit to a large volume, making it accessible for small businesses, startups, or personal projects.

I've placed my order, what happens now?

After you place your order, our team will reach out within 12 hours to confirm that your designs meet our printing requirements. Once your designs are approved, we will proceed with creating detailed tech packs for your approval. These tech packs will then be sent to our printing department to begin the production process.

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 days after it has been placed. All our shipments are tracked, and we use Royal Mail for delivery to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Click here to learn more.

Can you provide samples to help me decide?

Yes, if you'd like to see a sample of any of our products, simply place an order for the item(s) you're interested in.
